END STRING BREAKAGE AND TUNING PROBLEMS WITH BIG BENDS NUT SAUCE

Picture a metal string rubbing across a metal bridge saddle. Not pretty! What you get is wear and tear to both the string and the saddle and the resulting friction will ultimately cause the weaker vessel to fail ala TWANG broken string. Apply some nut sauce and the problem goes away. Even worse is when you use your wammy bar and it just never goes back to where it started out, IN TUNE. Apply some nut sauce and the problem goes away.
